Planting a Hedge

There is rarely an obligation upon the land owner to plant a hedge surrounding property there are some points to note however:

There may be a restrictive covenant stipulating the planting of a hedge or hedges. Details of such a covenant would be found within the Title Register and Title Deeds

There may be a restrictive covenant specificly prohibiting the planting of a hedge in an open plan community. Details of such a covenant would be found within the Title Register and Title Deeds
